Bosch Fined $36 Million by BIS for Unlicensed Huawei Shipments

Robert Bosch GmbH will pay a $36 million penalty to BIS for shipping over $72 million in MEMS sensors and software to Huawei without required licenses. The German company cooperated with the investigation into exports made between 2020 and 2024.
