Governor Newsom has appointed Luis Garnica as Warden of Mule Creek State Prison and Jolie Poper as Chief Deputy General Counsel for CDCR. Joseph Cannata, Vincent Hoenigman, and Natalie Arroyo were also appointed or reappointed to state boards.
