Governor Kim Reynolds has appointed David Ranscht of Ankeny as a district judge for Iowa's Judicial District 5A. Ranscht, formerly General Counsel for the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission, replaces Hon. Brad McCall, serving six counties.
