Fairfax County Police arrested Lawrence Lofzewski, 37, of Springfield, on three counts of Solicitation of a Minor. The arrest followed a NCMEC CyberTip and an undercover investigation where Lofzewski solicited sexual encounters with a detective posing as a minor.
