The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has introduced a new online scheduling tool, allowing farmers and ranchers to book appointments with their local Farm Service Agency (FSA) offices. This initiative, following a successful pilot program, aims to enhance convenience for producers seeking farm program or farm loan assistance.
Producers can now schedule appointments using Microsoft Bookings via mobile devices, tablets, laptops, or desktop computers. To facilitate this, FSA has also launched a new county office locator, searchable by state and county, providing unique online appointment links and contact information for each local office and farm loan team.
Appointments can be conducted either in-person or virtually, depending on the producer's preference, further streamlining access to essential USDA services.
