NPR is reporting that Brady, a nonprofit gun control advocacy group, is suing the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Department of Justice (DOJ). It said the lawsuit stems from the agencies' refusal to release documents and other information. Brady is seeking to identify the largest sellers of crime guns in the United States.
