It said the White House Correspondents’ Association announced the new event would feature "significantly enhanced safety measures," with Trump again slated to speak. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that U.S. help is "absolutely necessary" after deadly Russian strikes hit Kyiv, TIME reported.
