Charles Dingman, 29, of Yardley, Pennsylvania, has been indicted on multiple child sexual exploitation charges, including enticing a minor and child pornography offenses. U.S. Attorney David Metcalf announced the charges, which stem from an investigation by Bucks County Detectives and the FBI.
The indictment alleges Dingman used the internet from approximately June 2025 to October 2025 to persuade a minor into sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction. He is also accused of possessing child pornography on or about January 29, 2026.
If convicted, Dingman faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life imprisonment. This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide Department of Justice initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse. Assistant United States Attorney Branwen McNabb O’Donnell is prosecuting the case.
