Gellert Global Group Recalls ALDI Kimbap Over Undeclared Tuna

Gellert Global Group has issued an allergy alert and recall for its 8.1 oz packages of ALDI Brand Fusia Asian Inspirations Kimchi & Tofu Kimbap due to the presence of undeclared fish (tuna), posing a serious risk to individuals with fish allergies.

The recalled product was distributed to select ALDI retail stores across 20 states and Washington D.C., including Connecticut, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Consumers can identify the affected kimbap by its 8.1 oz sealed, microwave-safe plastic wrapper, marked with a "BEST IF USED BY DATE of OCT.08.2027."

No illnesses have been reported in connection with this issue to date. People with an allergy or severe sensitivity to fish are advised not to consume this product, as it could lead to serious or life-threatening allergic reactions.
