The Port of Long Beach will host a virtual public hearing on Monday, August 31, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, to discuss its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan for curb ramps and sidewalks.
This hearing aims to gather public feedback regarding accessibility barriers within the Port's right of way as part of an upcoming ADA assessment. Interested individuals are encouraged to register for the virtual event to learn more about the plan and share their insights.
For those unable to attend the live virtual meeting, a recording will be made available on the Port's official website. Special accommodations, including American Sign Language and Spanish translation services, will be provided during the hearing.
