CBC News is reporting that the Trump administration is planning a crackdown on left-wing organizations it accuses of encouraging political violence, following the killing of Charlie Kirk. It said Vice-President JD Vance has accused the Open Society Foundations and Ford Foundation of undermining American values. CBC News said the administration has begun reviewing the tax-exempt status of left-leaning non-profits, according to the Wall Street Journal. Stephen Miller, a White House deputy chief of staff, said the administration will use all available resources to dismantle networks it claims are breaking the law, CBC News reported.
