U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced significant arrests of criminal illegal aliens during Police Week, targeting individuals convicted of severe offenses including child sexual exploitation, sexual assault, and burglary.
Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis highlighted the operations, stating, "Yesterday, the men and women of ICE risked their lives to arrest child pornographers, sexual predators, and burglars." She added that ICE officers "put their lives on the line to remove criminal illegal aliens from American neighborhoods," emphasizing unwavering support for law enforcement.
Among those arrested were Henry Paul Noriega-Perez, convicted for sexual exploitation of a minor in Illinois; Ueliton Aparecido Deborba, for first-degree sexual assault in Connecticut; Raul Sanchez-Garduno, for aggravated sexual battery in Virginia; Jason Daniel Mendoza-Canales, for sexual battery by restraint in California; and Juan Jose Godoy-Nunez, for assault and burglary in Tennessee.
