Better Weather Fix Elixir Recalled Due to Undeclared Potent Substances

Better Weather Actives LLC is voluntarily recalling all lots of its Better Weather Fix Elixir 15 ml due to the undeclared presence of Mitragynine and Mitragynine Pseudoindoxyl (MP), a more potent derivative of Kratom. The consumption of these substances can lead to severe health risks, including fatal respiratory suppression and addiction.

MP can cause undesirable effects such as nausea, vomiting, rapid heart rate, palpitations, hallucinations, sedation, anxiety, and loss of consciousness. The consumption of products containing Mitragynine or MP, especially with other drugs, could result in other severe or fatal physiological effects.

The recalled products are packaged in 15 ml bottles within display boxes labeled "Better Weather Fix Elixir" and "Better Weather Fix Elixir Berry." These items were sold to consumers nationwide. To date, the company has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.
