A leadership gift from the Perry and Donna Golkin Family Foundation will advance legal education and scholarship at the intersection of law and technology at Penn Carey Law.
The gift serves as a catalyst for Technology, Regulation, AI, and the Law, a new initiative that brings together the Law School's teaching, research, and experiential learning efforts.
"The Golkins' generosity has long played a critical role in strengthening Penn's leadership in transformative legal education," said Penn President J. Larry Jameson.
The initiative is described as foundational for the Law School's work at the intersection of law and technology, drawing together its teaching, research, and experiential learning efforts under a single banner.
The announcement was published by Penn Today on September 29, 2026.
