The Guardian is reporting that the Ukraine wing of a U.S.-founded terrorist group claimed responsibility for killing an intelligence officer in Kyiv. It said the group, known as The Base, has suspected links to Russia and stated the killing of Ivan Voronych was just the beginning.

The Guardian also reported that the U.S. is sending migrants to Eswatini after lifting a ban on third-country deportations.
