Eduardo Ravelo, former FBI 'Ten Most Wanted Fugitive' and leader of the Barrio Azteca gang, pleaded guilty in El Paso federal court on December 17, 2025. Ravelo admitted to racketeering conspiracy and murder charges connected to the 2010 U.S. Consulate murders in Juarez. He was a leader of the El Paso/Juarez-based gang.
