The Washington Post is reporting that a court in Kenya has blocked a U.S. plan to quarantine Americans exposed to Ebola at a makeshift hospital. The court issued its ruling, citing a threat to life, on the same day U.S. officials said the facility was scheduled to begin operating. It said the facility was designed to accommodate up to 50 patients potentially exposed during the ongoing Ebola outbreak, which is centered in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
