The recalled product was distributed in 13 states: Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Indiana, Nevada, California, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, and Wyoming. Consumers purchased these items through retail stores including Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Sierra Trading Post.

The Chocolatey Eyeballs are identifiable by various style numbers and packaging, such as plastic bags, acrylic boxes, and plastic jars, ranging from 7 oz to 16 oz. Specific style numbers include 54040-CHEY, 54077-CHEY, 58008-CHEY, 58089-CHEY, and 54083-CHEY. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this recall.
