Governor Pillen Appoints Mark L. Kovarik as 12th Judicial District Judge

LINCOLN, NE – Governor Jim Pillen today announced the appointment of Mark L. Kovarik as county court judge for Nebraska's 12th Judicial District. This district encompasses a wide area, including Banner, Box Butte, Cheyenne, Dawes, Deuel, Garden, Grant, Kimball, Morrill, Scotts Bluff, Sheridan, and Sioux counties.
