France 24 is reporting that pop superstar Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce officially married Friday in a lavish ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York. The event, described as America's "royal wedding," drew significant global attention and a galaxy of A-list celebrities.
France 24 said the couple maintained a near-total news blackout regarding their wedding plans and insisted guests sign non-disclosure agreements. Swift's publicist, Tree Paine, later confirmed details of the intimate ceremony, stating that Swift's brother Austin Swift served as Man of Honor and Kelce's brother Jason Kelce was Best Man. Friend Adam Sandler officiated the wedding.
Paine said the couple's attire was designed by Christian Dior Haute Couture, with shoes by Christian Louboutin and Swift wearing Cartier jewelry. A giant screen outside Madison Square Garden displayed "JUST&T MARRIED!" shortly before the announcement.
