Let's Encrypt, celebrating ten years, is bringing back a limited-edition ISRG Root X1 certificate shirt for donations of $75 or more this summer, acknowledging the root's continued role in securing the web. An ISRG representative noted, "Ten years in, X1 is still holding up a big chunk of the web, and it's even helping introduce the newest generation of roots, vouching for our newcomers so browsers trust them too." Additionally, a recent webinar discussed upcoming changes in Web PKI, including shortening certificate lifetimes and Post-Quantum Certificates.
ISRG's Prossimo project addressed the rise of LLM-generated vulnerability reports, offering insights and best practices for vulnerability management.
