Bronx resident Anthony Wallace was sentenced today to 33 years and four months in prison for a series of heinous crimes including kidnapping a minor, coercing and enticing a minor, transporting a minor interstate for unlawful sexual activity, and producing and possessing child pornography. U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil delivered the sentence following Wallace's conviction in December 2025 after a week-long jury trial.
Wallace met the 15-year-old victim in Binghamton, New York, in March 2024, subsequently subjecting her to weeks of escalating physical, sexual, and psychological abuse. He held her against her will, forced her to alter her appearance, and provided her with drugs. Wallace also created child pornography of the victim before transporting her across state lines to a barricaded apartment in the Bronx, where the abuse continued. The victim bravely escaped on April 4, 2024, by fleeing through a window while Wallace slept, immediately contacting 911.
U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton condemned Wallace's actions, saying, “Anthony Wallace met a 15-year-old girl on the street and targeted her for unimaginable abuse and cruelty.” Clayton added that Wallace is now "where every New York parent wants him—off our streets." In addition to the prison term, Wallace, 33, received 10 years of supervised release, $3,000 in restitution, and $500 in mandatory special assessments.
Mr. Clayton commended the FBI’s C20 task force, the NYPD, and the Broome County Sheriff’s Office for their investigative work.
