The Washington Post is reporting that federal immigration officers are increasing arrests of immigrants, with more than half of those detained last month lacking a criminal record. It said Immigration and Customs Enforcement is shifting its targets and tactics.

The Post also reported on the real drivers behind car recalls that warn owners to "park outside" due to fire risks. It said these safety warnings are often linked to problems found in both gasoline and electric vehicles, not primarily electric vehicles.

A federal judge has warned that law is falling behind advances in AI-generated child abuse images, The Post said. The judge, in a ruling applying to certain images, asked the Supreme Court to re-examine legal precedents that predate AI technology.
