Theodore Bland of Stowe, Vermont, pleaded guilty to federal firearm and drug charges, including causing the deaths of two men during drug trafficking activities.
The FBI Albany division announced the plea. Bland's conviction stems from his involvement in a drug trafficking operation that resulted in the double homicide.
