S-4515/A-5350 authorizes dual employment by certain employees of Rutgers University and affiliated contracting entities.

The governor conditionally vetoed S-4477/A-4535, which would authorize the provision of residential mental health services in a residential substance use disorders treatment facility or program under specified hospital affiliation and clinical support criteria.

Sherrill issued absolute vetoes for two bills.
