Mayor Karen Bass is set to participate in three significant community events across Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 1, focusing on public health, veteran homelessness, and youth safety.

In Boyle Heights, Mayor Bass will join ClĂnica Romero to launch a Mobile Health Clinic, providing essential medical services to residents affected by the recent Lineage warehouse fire. Later, in Chinatown, she will celebrate House Our Vets (HOV) surpassing 1,000 veterans housed since its inception last year.

The Mayor will conclude her day in Baldwin Hills, where she will kick off the 2026 Summer Night Lights program. This initiative operates at 42 sites citywide, offering safe, community-centered activities aimed at preventing violence in Los Angeles neighborhoods.
