FBI Cleveland is actively seeking additional victims of a New Jersey couple, Gregory and Danielle Parker, who have been indicted for allegedly orchestrating a real estate investment Ponzi scheme that primarily targeted properties in the Cleveland area. The couple is charged with Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud and Wire Fraud, following an investigation into their operations between January 2017 and December 2023.

The Parkers allegedly promised investors high returns from developing multi-family dwellings, mostly in Cleveland and East Cleveland. However, the indictment states they diverted investor funds to repay earlier investors and finance their own lavish lifestyle, rather than developing the promised properties.

FBI Cleveland Special Agent in Charge Joshua DelManzo said, "While the indictment focuses on the 13 victims already identified, we sense there could be more." He urged anyone who attended the Parkers' seminars, invested with them, or purchased property based on their advice to contact the FBI.

The couple reportedly hosted seminars in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, including one at the Cleveland Hyatt Regency in May 2022. They used social media to showcase a luxurious lifestyle, featuring private jets, high-end cars, and exotic vacations, to entice potential investors to attend events like "Rolling with the Parkers" and "The Road to Financial Freedom."

Victims typically paid $2,000 to $5,000 to enroll in the Parkers' investment and mentorship program, with promises of property acquisition. Many received little information, delayed responses, or found they had no clear title, or received condemned or uninhabitable properties, often resulting in financial losses. The FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center reported over $275 million in real estate investment fraud losses nationwide in 2025. Anyone with information is asked to email ParkerInvestorTips@fbi.gov.
