The Washington Post is reporting that a pregnant woman from Ghana and her 4-year-old son have been detained for days at Dulles Airport. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) said the pair arrived in the U.S. on a tourist visa, seeking medical treatment. Their lawyers allege the mother and child have been confined to a windowless room for more than a week.
