Governor Sherrill and Lieutenant Governor Caldwell will participate in several public events across New Jersey this Memorial Day weekend, honoring veterans and fallen service members.

On Saturday, May 23, Governor Sherrill is scheduled to deliver remarks at the New Jersey Department of Veterans Affairs' State Memorial Day Observance. This event will take place at 10:45 a.m. at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown.

Lieutenant Governor Dr. Dale Caldwell will participate in two Memorial Day parades. He will march in the Township of Saddle Brook Memorial Day Parade on Sunday, May 24, at 1:30 p.m., starting at Fairlawn Parkway and Skillman Terrace. On Monday, May 25, Dr. Caldwell will join the Borough of Freehold Memorial Day Parade at 10:00 a.m. on West Main Street. All events are open to the press but will not include availability for questions.
