U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently apprehended several criminal illegal aliens convicted of severe offenses, including child sexual abuse, rape, and cruelty to children. The arrests targeted individuals with extensive criminal histories across multiple states.
Among those arrested were Mario Ramos-Meza and Juan Magdaleno-Cruz, both from Mexico, convicted in California for lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14. Juan Palomo-Orellana, from El Salvador, was arrested in Ohio for rape and drug distribution. Other arrests included Irvin Enoc Sosa-Medina from El Salvador in New Jersey for aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment, and Eliseo Garcia-Gordillo from Honduras in Virginia for aggravated sexual battery.
Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said, "Our best of the best ICE law enforcement officers arrested criminal illegal aliens, including pedophiles, rapists, and child abusers." She added that under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, ICE is "targeting the worst of the worst," asserting that "America is no longer a safe haven for the world’s criminals."
