A magnitude 5.0 earthquake struck the Andreanof Islands in Alaska's Aleutian Islands on July 25, 2026, at 21:03:18 UTC. The seismic event occurred at a depth of 40 kilometers.

The epicenter was located at 51.606N, 173.280W, approximately 91.2 km (56.5 mi) southeast of Atka, Alaska. It was also 1780.5 km (1103.9 mi) southwest of Anchorage, Alaska.

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) reported that the event has been reviewed by a seismologist. This earthquake supersedes a previous event, AKa2026oqgpvp.
