TIME magazine is reporting that the Supreme Court upheld birthright citizenship in a narrow 5-to-4 decision. It said the ruling preserved the more than 150-year-old constitutional guarantee that nearly everyone born on American soil automatically becomes an American citizen. The court's decision also ruled a Trump order unconstitutional.
