The Washington Post is reporting that new warehouse contracts in Texas are expected to be awarded for a detention plan. It said this development comes after Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin initially called for a review of the plan. The Post also reported that Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, is moving forward with its warehouse detention plan despite facing lawsuits and an ongoing investigation.
