A Randolph man, Giovany Fouyolle, has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison in Boston for cocaine trafficking and firearm possession charges. The sentencing follows his guilty plea on March 25, 2026, stemming from the discovery of over a kilogram of cocaine and two loaded guns in a Dorchester apartment.
U.S. District Court Judge Brian E. Murphy handed down the sentence to Fouyolle, 31, which also includes four years of supervised release. Fouyolle pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
Fouyolle's arrest on December 17, 2025, was part of a broader operation targeting the Brockton-based Harvard Street Gang and its Randolph affiliates. During a search of an apartment at the Imprint Apartments in Dorchester, which Fouyolle used as a stash location, authorities found approximately 1,170 grams of cocaine, two loaded guns, and $2,000 cash.
Co-defendant Adonis Graham also pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine and is scheduled for sentencing on July 2, 2026. The announcement was made by U.S. Attorney Leah B. Foley, FBI Special Agent in Charge Ted E. Docks, and Massachusetts State Police Superintendent Colonel Geoffrey D. Noble, with significant assistance from numerous law enforcement agencies.
