The Intermodal Container Transfer Facility (ICTF) Joint Powers Authority governing board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 2, at 3:30 p.m. The meeting is scheduled at the Port Administration Building, Multipurpose Room, located at 415 W. Ocean Blvd. in the Long Beach Civic Center, where attendees are welcome to address the JPA Board.

The 148-acre facility, situated approximately five miles north of the ports, is operated by Union Pacific. The ICTF JPA, a public entity established in 1983, oversees the development and operation of the ICTF, functioning independently from the cities of Long Beach and Los Angeles.
