The Washington Post is reporting that a planning chief has stated President Donald J Trump's arch project should not be subject to the federal law that limits building heights in Washington. It said the federal law caps most construction in the city to a maximum height of 130 feet. The president's project is described as 250 feet tall, which is about double the standard height restriction.
