Fairfax County Health Department Extends Hours for Back-to-School Immunizations

The Fairfax County Health Department announced extended hours at its four public health centers from July 31 through August 21. This initiative aims to ensure children receive necessary back-to-school immunizations before the upcoming academic year.

Dr. Parham Jaberi of the Health Department highlighted the importance of these vaccinations for students. Families are encouraged to make appointments to streamline their visit, though walk-in visits will also be welcomed during these special hours.
