The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released its schedule for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) evaluations to be conducted in the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2027.
The OCC is encouraging public comment on the CRA-related activities of national banks and federal savings associations slated for evaluation. Comments should be sent directly to the banks at their listed mailing addresses or to the appropriate OCC supervisory office before the evaluation month.
