Voices for Vaccines is reporting that President Donald Trump has proposed splitting each vaccine into five smaller doses to lower autism rates. It said research shows vaccines do not cause autism, citing a study of more than 650,000 children that found those who received the MMR vaccine were no more likely to develop autism than those who did not, and a 2025 World Health Organization review that reached the same conclusion.

The group said scientists conduct dose-ranging studies to identify the lowest dose of a vaccine that still works, and that giving children a lower dose would mean giving them a vaccine that does not create immunity. It said research points to autism having roots in brain development before birth, citing a study of children's brain tissue that found differences in how brain cells were arranged, layers that form during pregnancy. The group said that study does not explain every case of autism but adds evidence that brain changes linked to autism can begin before childhood vaccines are given.

Voices for Vaccines also is reporting that Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., speaking at an anti-vaccine conference, said the country should focus more on the vaccine-injured and claimed the hepatitis B vaccine was studied only briefly and that vaccines cause chronic health conditions. The group said the package insert sections describing four or five days of monitoring cover short-term reactions such as soreness or fever, not the full length of the studies, and that the same inserts describe follow-up periods of nine to 18 months. It said vaccines go through several stages of testing and review before approval, and that a health problem reported after vaccination does not prove the vaccine caused it.

The group further reported that an organization led by Peter McCullough claims vaccines contain gelatin that can cause meat allergies. Voices for Vaccines said there is no evidence that vaccines cause alpha-gal syndrome, an allergy that can develop after a tick bite, and that cases are mostly found where lone star ticks live while MMR vaccines are given nationwide.
