France 24 is reporting that reporters from Politico, CNN and MS NOW were allowed to enter the White House on Thursday afternoon after being barred earlier in the morning. It said the reversal came despite a U.S. federal judge ordering the reinstatement of their access.
France 24 also reported that Germany and the Netherlands are entering new eras under new managers, much as France has under Zinedine Zidane. It said both the Netherlands and Germany exited recent tournaments before the appointments.
Separately, France 24 reported that Palestinian officials said Israeli policies threaten the "life and existence" of Palestinians, citing remarks by Abbas. It also reported that a schism with an ultra-conservative rebel Catholic sect cast a pall over Pope Leo's visit to France, including Lourdes.
France 24 further reported that the European Union sanctioned Russian pundit Xenia Fedorova following her expulsion from France.
