DE DIOS’S ICE POPS II LLC is voluntarily recalling its 3.7 oz. “popsicles” sold under the D’DIOSES FRUIT POPS brand due to undeclared milk, pecans, pistachios, Yellow #5, and Red #40, posing a risk of serious allergic reactions. The recall affects products distributed to retail grocery stores in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.

The affected products include various flavors such as COCO, FRESA CON LECHE, ARROZ CON LECHE, and COOKIES AND CREAM, specifically those produced before April 27, 2026. An FDA inspection prompted the recall, revealing manufacturing process deficiencies that could lead to allergen cross-contact.

DE DIOS’S ICE POPS II LLC has since implemented new, FDA-verified safety procedures for all future production, ensuring products made after April 27, 2026, are not subject to this recall. No illnesses have been reported to date. Consumers who purchased the recalled popsicles are advised to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
