Morris W. Reese, 65, of Centre County, Pennsylvania, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on one charge of conspiracy to produce child pornography.
United States Attorney Brian D. Miller announced the indictment, which alleges that Reese conspired with others to produce child pornography from November 2024 to November 2025.
The case was investigated by the FBI, the Pennsylvania State Police, and the Centre County District Attorney’s Office. Assistant United States Attorney Alisan V. Martin is prosecuting the case, which is part of Project Safe Childhood, a Department of Justice initiative to combat child sexual exploitation.
If found guilty, Reese faces a maximum penalty of up to thirty years of imprisonment, a term of supervised release, and a fine. All persons charged are presumed innocent unless and until found guilty in court.
