U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently apprehended several criminal illegal aliens, including individuals convicted of serious offenses such as manslaughter, child pornography, assault, and drug trafficking. These arrests are part of ongoing efforts to remove public safety threats from communities across the United States.

Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis affirmed ICE's commitment, stating, "Thanks to the heroic men and women of ICE law enforcement, we are removing murderers, child predators, violent assailants, drug traffickers, and other public safety threats from our communities." Bis added that ICE "is NOT backing down and will continue to remove criminals from our communities."

Among those arrested were Angel Luis Rodriguez-Hidalgo, convicted of manslaughter in Las Vegas; Deepak Ratnala, facing three counts of child pornography in Pennsylvania; and Luis Fernando Preciado-Lopez, convicted of assault and alien smuggling in Houston. Other arrests included Victor Gonzalez-Ibarra for cocaine distribution in San Antonio and Ramsas Solurzano-Martinez for methamphetamine distribution in New York. The Department of Homeland Security noted that 80% of Americans support these efforts to deport criminal illegal aliens.
