The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Office of Drug & Alcohol Policy & Compliance (ODAPC) has released updated "Urine Collection Specimen Procedures Guidelines." These revisions incorporate provisions from the DOT final rules published on May 2, 2023, and May 11, 2026.
The updates also reflect President Donald J Trump’s Executive Order 14168. A comprehensive listing of all changes to the guidelines can be found on the final page of the document.
The updated "Urine Collection Specimen Procedures Guidelines" are now available for public access on the official DOT website at transportation.gov/odapc/collectors.
