The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) today announced a lawsuit against multilevel marketer Amare Global Holdings Inc. and three of its principals. The FTC alleges that Amare Global misrepresented its dietary supplements, claiming they could treat or cure health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD in children and adults.

The Commission further claims that Amare Global deceived consumers about the potential income "brand partners" could generate by selling the company's products. This action by the FTC aims to stop these alleged deceptive practices concerning both product efficacy and earning potential for recruits.
