Affected lots include those with a "Best If Used By Date" of 9/15/2026 and Lot Code 26078. These specific lots were manufactured and distributed in March 2026 to retailers nationwide and via Amazon.com.
The issue was discovered after one allergic reaction was reported, though the individual has since fully recovered. The contract manufacturer has identified the root cause of the mislabeling and has implemented corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.
