Later in September, Winpointe Investments WW LLC and Louis A. Tsakiris Family Partnership, Ltd will have public meetings concerning wastewater permits in Kaufman and Bell Counties, respectively.
Freeport LNG Development, L.P. has two notice and comment hearings scheduled for September 15 and 22 in Brazoria County, addressing significant revisions to federal operating permits for its Regas Facility, Liquefaction Plant, and Pretreatment Facility. Additionally, a public hearing for Tex Mix Partners LLC's concrete batch plant permit in Williamson County is set for September 29, the same day as a public meeting for the proposed Houston County Groundwater Conservation District.
A contested case hearing for CITGO Refining and Chemicals Company L.P.'s Corpus Christi Refinery East Plant permit amendment is slated for September 30. Looking into October, Valero Refining-Texas, L.P. will have a public hearing on October 1 for its Houston Refinery operating permit, and OPP-Colmena, LP will discuss a wastewater permit in Collin County on October 6. A preliminary hearing for Chesmar Homes, LLC and Guadalupe Blanco River Authority's wastewater permit in Comal County is scheduled for October 12.
It is important to note that a public meeting for YUPEL, LLC's wastewater permit in Williamson County, originally set for September 21, has been cancelled and will be rescheduled. These meetings and hearings are arranged by the TCEQ's Office of the Chief Clerk or SOAH, providing a platform for public input on critical permitting decisions.
