The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) is hosting a series of community events and youth programs throughout July to foster communication and strengthen partnerships with residents. These initiatives aim to bring officers and the community together through various engagement opportunities.

Upcoming community events include Fourth of July parades, Community Advisory Committee (CAC) meetings, and "Slices with Cops." Details for these events are as follows:

Additionally, the FCPD is offering free summer programs for young adults, including the "Future Women Leaders in Law" program from July 27-31. This program, designed for rising 10th-12th grade girls, focuses on leadership development, aviation, patrol operations, and networking with women leaders. All programs are held at the Fairfax County Public Safety Headquarters in Fairfax.
