The U.S. Census Bureau will host a webinar Wednesday presenting a Quarterly Workforce Indicator-based framework for monitoring labor market conditions, the agency said.

The session follows the Bureau of Labor Statistics' transition of its state-level Job Openings and Labor Turnover data from monthly to annual releases, which the Census Bureau said creates a need for alternative indicators to support timely state labor market monitoring.

The webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, at 11:00 a.m. ET. Yifan Wang is listed as the speaker.

Registration is available through the Census Bureau's Census Academy, which offers free workshops and training on finding and using Census Bureau data for business plans, grant proposals, research projects, app development and urban development planning.

The Census Bureau also noted that organizations can request free workshops and trainings by emailing census.askdata@census.gov.
