The Washington Post is reporting that the substantial wealth accumulated by the Baby Boomer generation is largely expected to be inherited by individuals who are already affluent. It said this phenomenon, often referred to as the Great Wealth Transfer, is projected to be the largest passage of generational wealth in history.
